About Me

Kim Lauria, chef: I have been in the catering business now for over 30 years and I love it. I love the excitment, the change, the art of it. There is nothing that give me greater enjoyment except my two girls and my two grand children. The catering field is so exciting I love learning new techiniques and presentations for my field. I am always looking for props, tools and play toys, my staff call me the queen of gadgets and I have to say I love them. I love shopping for new props,containers, dishes, any thing that will influence my next event and help in creating ever changing displays.
